Refund & Return Policy

At Patriots Threadline, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our refund and return policy below for guidance.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer.

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A return label will be provided by our customer service team upon approval of your request.

  2. Email us at info@patriotsthreadline.com with your Name, Order Number, and a detailed reason for your refund request.

Return Process:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom and personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance items (sold as-is, with no guarantees on condition).

Replacements: We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped. To start the replacement process:

  • Email info@patriotsthreadline.com with photos of the defective or incorrect item.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it upon verification of the tracking number.

  • If tracking shows the order was delivered but not received, we require a claim ID from your local post office for verification before issuing a replacement.

Returned to Sender:

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you can choose to:

    • Pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent again.

    • Request a refund minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

    • If the package is lost or destroyed, we offer a 50% store credit toward a new item.

  • If an order is returned due to a carrier error, we will reship the order free of charge.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Apparel, mugs, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified once the order is placed.

Warranty: Our refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
